WOOLONA WARRANTY

 

 

60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

 

If our garment does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the return address from which you bought it within 60 days for a replacement or full refund of the purchase price. We need you to include your dated purchase receipt.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase beyond 30 days, we still want to hear how to assist you. For non-warranty satisfaction returns, please contact us as soon as possible via your message to discuss a solution.

 

SIZE, COLOR, OR STYLE EXCHANGES

 

Unwashed, unworn items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.

 

GIFTS

Gifts that are unwashed/unworn without a receipt can only be exchanged for an item of equal value, and are subject to inspection. Style exchanges may be subject to current price differences.

 

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

 

We give one year warranty for material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If you suspect your purchase is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us immediately so we can inspect the item and issue a replacement. A dated purchase receipt is required for warranty claims. Warranty claims can only be replaced with the same item. If the item is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss other options.

 

WHAT'S COVERED

The warranty covers only the following manufacturer defect or flaws:

 

•    Needle cuts/chews

      Broken stitching

      Different shades within the same garment

      Missing buttons

      Loose / hanging sewing threads

      Holes

      Fabric defects

      Exposed raw edges

      Open seams

      Stains (Upon received)

      Too short zippers

      Unfinished buttonholes

 

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

The warranty does not cover the following:

 

•          Damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or pet damage

•          Excessive wear and tear

•          Missing or defaced labels

•          Improper care (including moth/insect damage and improper washing)

•          Alterations, including embroidery, removed labels, and 3rd party tailoring

•          Products without a dated purchase receipt

 

WHAT IS CONSIDERED NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR?

 

Clothing isn’t indestructible. Over time, the favorite clothing you wear on a regular basis may start to break down. It’s just the natural course of textiles. After years and miles of wear, damage can happen to areas which are used frequently, such as sleeve cuffs, waistbands, etc. Products that have been used regularly for more than a year do not qualify for warranty claims for this reason. We hope your Woolona product serves you well over the years and miles you put on it, and we hope you consider purchasing a replacement when it comes time to retire your original product.
