RETURNING AN ITEM

Our hassle-free return policy allows returns for up to a full month after purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns past 30 days. To be eligible for a full refund on any item:

· Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

· Item must be returned in its original packaging.

· Item must be returned within 30 days or less (exceptions are made for Holiday shopping).

· Sending a gift? Let us know and we will provide an order number or proof of purchase for any gift items to make returns easier. This information must be included when requesting a return.

· Clearance items: Please note that items sold as clearance cannot be returned.

EXTENDED RETURN PERIOD FOR CHRISTMAS GIFT PURCHASES

You can enjoy stress-free gift shopping with us - items that are purchased as gifts from November 15 - December 31 may be returned until January 10. Let us know that the item is a gift, and we will happily provide proof of purchase to make returning an item easier for yourself or the recipient.

OUR EASY EXCHANGE POLICY

We have an intensive quality-control process at Woolona, however, mistakes can sometimes happen. Our products are crafted by hand, not mass-produced. Woolona items are hand-made by skilled artisans - and humans can slip-up once-in-awhile. If you receive a defective or damaged item, simply contact us at [email protected] so we may assist you with a return or exchange. Please include clear photos of the defect/damage to help us determine the cause of the issue.

WHERE TO SEND RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Our stellar customer service angels are available to assist you in making your return or exchange a smooth and speedy process. We offer free shipping when sending our items, however, the customer is responsible for shipping rates on returns or exchanges. We provide a 100% full refund price on all eligible items. WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR REFUND?

Our team will begin the return process as soon as the item is received. We will send you an email update letting you know that we have received your return item. Normal processing times are 2-4 business days. Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider. Refunds typically appear within 6-10 business days. DELIVERY TIMES AND PROCESSING

At Woolona, we make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We promptly ship most items within 1-2 days, Mondays through Saturdays. Due to our commitment to ethical trading practices and our worker's welfare, we are closed for public holidays. Please provide us with your current email address at checkout so that we can notify you of the shipping date and tracking

information. Most packages are shipped with signature required for your safety. These are the average shipping times:

· Canada: 4-5 business davs.

· U.K.: 4-5 business days.

OUR BRIEF STORY

Our products are made in Bursa, Turkey since 1952 - a region that is world-renowned in the fashion industry. This area is famed for producing unique, high-fashion textile products utilizing eco-friendly manufacturing processes. We are proud of both our products and our manufacturing process.

Soft and fine-fibre fleeces obtained from magnificent Merino breed that emerged in Spain and North Africa entered our lives with almost completely different features: High moisture absorbency but also the ability to quickly evacuate moisture, being one of the lightest fibers, no need for ironing, resistance to washing. No matter how many times it is worn, its high resistance to smell, its elasticity to take shape when wearing, its UV rays-proof feature, its biodegradable structure that does not pollute the nature, its anti-microbial and stain-resistance feature, it is one of the most resistant fibers to even flame, and most importantly, coolness in hot weather and warm feeling in cold weather, without itching like other wools! With the inspiration given to us by this miraculous nature gift, we designed the Woolona brand and our collection.

Raised with ethical values by the elite wool breeders of Australia. After the wool clipped from Merino sheep is sorted according to their quality, they are cleaned, washed, baled and then on their way to Germany, where they will be spun into yarn with the highest technology. After the completion of all other processes such as washing, spinning, separation and finishing, we come to our workshop and use our unique knitting techniques and know-how to turn these delicious yarns into knitted fabrics in various weights. After that, if necessary, it is ready for shipment with dyeing, cutting and sewing processes, quality control and packaging suitable for shipment. All of this, our fashionable collection comes to life with the traditional 19th century Balkan fine workmanship from our ancestors: In fact, all we do is to bring the naturalness of wool to our users by blending it with our historical traditions and modern technologies. We are very happy that we do this by growing every year, because we can introduce such a wonderful nature fiber to more people in the name of both sustainability and healthy living. The way of wool, which starts from Australia, goes from east to west parallel to the historical Silk Road and finally reaches America, and so our story continues.

WHY MERINO WOOL IS THE BEST FOR THE PLANET:

Every 25 minutes, an olympic-sized pool of oil is used to make synthetic clothing. Textiles - such as polyester, nylon and acrylic - are a highly reliant product group made from fossil fuel. Almost 85% of all textile products are either burned or dumbed into landfills in the United States every vear. This is nearly 13 million tons of waste per year coming out of the US. Textile waste is damaging to the planet - it pollutes clean water sources and ground soil among all other problems. Using biodegradable fibres like wool helps to protect the environment.

UV Protection: Another beauty of merino is being a natural shield against hazardous sun rays on a sunny day when you get exposed to it summiting a peak. Our lightweight layers have a UPF rating of 25. Midweight range has a UPF rating of 50+.

Only the highest quality fibers are admitted to our fabrics. Super fine fibres used of 100% Australian Woolmark certified merino wool ensure softness and beautiful look for a long period of time. Our garments are manufactured with premium quality at affordable prices, and our quality materials last longer than the average products sold in the market. Our merino wool is lightweight and quick drying – making them ideal to wear.

PRODUCT CARE

We recommend washing your Woolona items at a maximum of 30 degrees ideally after 3-4 wears, another beauty of merino wool that doesn’t need frequent washes.

Tumble-drying is not recommended. Softeners and bleach are not advised. To dry, just lay flat your product in air.
